My hint would be to choose the shade that you think you should be, and have been in the past, and go back (lighten) a shade or two. I felt it did not go on smoothly, like the previous liquid foundation from Avon did, and my skin is not overly dry either. However this could be because I was using the wrong shade (too dark), for me. I will be giving it another try with a different shade to be fair.”
